Human power is one of the most valuable assets of any organization, which plays an important role in the overall productivity of production factors. Proper use of natural resources by human power plays a significant role in sustainable production. Various factors affect the human power productivity; their importance is different in every organization. Therefore, identifying, evaluating and prioritizing these factors are necessary for every organization. In this regard, first, an algorithm for group decision making was presented. Then, by examining the background of the research, holding meetings with the expert team and the aforementioned algorithm, 31 factors affecting the human power productivity in line with sustainable production in the Fars Combined Cycle Power Plant as one of the thermal power plants was identified and it was finalized. Next, in order to evaluate and weight the identified factors, using the Best-Worst Method (BWM) as one of the reliable methods in solving Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MADM) problems, types of Consistency Ratio (CR), Consistency Ratio Thresholds (CRT) and the aforementioned group decision-making algorithm, Trustable Group BWM algorithm was presented. The results show that the most important main factors affecting the human power productivity in the studied power plant are managerial, individual, cultural, social and psychological and environmental factors, respectively. Also, the findings show the reliability of the group decision making and the trustable group BWM algorithms.
