The productivity management system, as one of the most key organizational and management subsystems, has a vital impact on the sustainable movement of the entire organization towards the goals of improving productivity. The management quality index with a bank productivity approach is one of the most important indicators for measuring and judging the health of the banking system. Since most of the country's transactions are carried out through the banking system, the optimal functioning of the banking system in the country plays a decisive role in improving the country's economic activities. Various studies on previous research show that the banking industry in the country has undergone many changes to achieve strategic goals. Therefore, research in this field is considered a requirement for studies. Banks in any structure and with any purpose need to have efficiency strategies for the performance of banking systems that align with the bank's ultimate goal of achieving efficiency. In order to measure and analyze the productivity of the country's banking industry, it is essential to observe the principles and achieve the goals of this industry. Banks, like other active organizations in the country, are seeking to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance productivity. and in this regard, they have developed strategies and tactics to improve commitment to the programs developed.
