Abstract
Supply chain management (SCM) is one of the major components of competitive strategies aimed at enhancing organizational productivity and profitability. In the current economic landscape, competition has shifted from the performance of individual companies to the performance of the supply chain. This shift has led manufacturers to consider multiple factors when selecting suppliers. Various studies have explored this issue through mathematical models and the opinions of experts who work in organizations. In this research, the evaluation criteria for LARG suppliers (Lean, Agile, Resilient and Green approaches) were identified by conducting a literature review; the criteria currently used in the industry under study were identified through interviews with experts and a descriptive questionnaire was designed based on these criteria. The goal of this study is to develop a supplier selection model for LARG supply chain management, with a focus on cultural dimensions and a data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach. This method allows each decision-making unit to select input and output weights in a way that maximizes efficiency. In the next phase, after establishing the criteria and identifying major suppliers with the help of industry experts, a paired comparison questionnaire was also completed by them. Then, the analytical network process (ANP) method was used to calculate the weights of the criteria and options, and the relative efficiency of the suppliers was determined using the DEA method. Finally, the company’s major suppliers were ranked using a technique based on similarity to the ideal solution.
