Groundwater resource management in Iran is very important because agriculture in Iran depends on the use of groundwater. The purpose of this study is to apply the ideal weighted planning model in determining the optimal cultivation pattern of crops and orchards in the lands related to Qasbeh Gonabad aqueduct. Due to the fact that this study seeks to provide a model for optimizing the cultivation pattern, using the data of 1397-1398 in Qasbeh Gonabad aqueduct located in Khorasan Razavi province, determining the optimal cultivation pattern using the multi-objective weighted method by software Lingo was designed and solved. The results indicate that the goal of maximizing profits and minimizing risk is achieved according to the current situation, but the level of employment and water consumption in the model has decreased and increased compared to the current situation, respectively. The results also show that the cultivation of wheat and barley crops to minimize water use should be more than the available amount because they have low water consumption per hectare, as well as beets, pistachios and sorghum that have high water consumption per hectare, for achieving the goal of minimizing water consumption, it should be less cultivated and the area under cultivation of millet, which has a high risk per hectare should be reduced to minimize the risk, saffron and grapes should be planted less to reduce the risk and water consumption.
