One of the important issues for the health of the community is correct and timely diagnosis. For this reason, determining the status of the disease and the relationships between them is essential and important. Given that the existing methods are not able to rank the symptoms of bone diseases and their impact is not measured, it causes the disease in the bone to not be diagnosed in time and severe diseases are diagnosed. Increase and its treatment becomes much more difficult. As a result, to improve and treat the disease in the present study, first the symptoms of the disease are identified in the diagnosis of the disease using experts, then the cause and effect relationship between these symptoms and the effects of the consequences in improving bone disease are examined by providing a graph and scenario for controlling and improving the symptoms. In this regard, first the symptoms related to bone disease are identified using the opinion of a group of spine and orthopedic specialists, then it is designed and drawn using MATLAB and FCMapper software and a fuzzy cognitive map. Considering that it controls all symptoms, it is possible to have some effects by controlling some of them. For this purpose, backward and forward scenarios are presented for the disease of bone disease and it is determined which scenario it presents so that the disease can be cured. The proposed method has the possibility of examination and can be informed about some diseases so that with the help of it, specialists can improve their recommendations and care. The results show that in the disease of the disease, red skin on the affected bone and fever have been identified as the most characteristic disease. To further control these symptoms will help to improve the disease of the disease.
