Supply chain management has become one of the most important and controversial issues due to the increasing expansion of global markets. An efficient supply chain will bring many benefits to the organization, including reducing costs, increasing market share, increasing sales, and building sustainable customer relationships. As a result, it is clear that supply chain reconfiguration can help the company achieve its goals. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a mathematical model that in addition to reducing costs by better utilizing the capacity of suppliers to increase demand and timely delivery along the chain. Also, to solve the presented model, a modified Benders algorithm has been used. This method, in comparison with the classic Benders method, causes the main and secondary problems to be designed as two planning models with different goals.
