The main goal of this research is to provide a suitable approach to realize the management of physical assets, first of all, the culturalization of the country's industry community regarding the management of physical assets and maximizing the value of physical assets and at the same time minimizing the risks associated with their ownership and exploitation. The current research method is qualitative with Delphi approach. The current research is in the field of survey research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population in the current research includes all managers and specialists in the petrochemical repair department of Jam and its subsidiaries. Purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample size. According to the theoretical saturation method, 22 people were selected as a sample from among the existing statistical population. As mentioned, the number of samples is theoretical according to saturation. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data related to research variables. To analyze data from different approaches such as AHP; Fuzzy demethyl technique and TOPSIS technique are used. Relief logistics is one of the most effective tools in the crisis management. Growing number of global disasters and crisis events in Iran in the last decade indicates the importance of relief logistics planning more than before. Facility location of the resources allocation is the basic instrument in relief logistics before, in, and after each crisis.
