%X The supplier selection and inventory control decisions are very closely related, therefore there are a lot of models that consider both issues simultaneously. The real world inventory management applications include large numbers of inventory items which are difficult to manage. Hence coordinated ordering of inventories is considered. In this paper we propose a multi objective multi supplier joint replenishment problem with fuzzy parameters. The objectives are to minimize total cost including ordering, purchasing, holding and imperfect items' costs, together with maximizing total purchasing utility. The fuzzy multi objective model is developed based on inverse weighted fuzzy nonlinear programming and fuzzy additive goal programming approaches. The results of the two modeling approaches are explained through a numerical example which is solved by GAMS software. The comparison of the two approaches based on the ratio of objectives’ fuzzy number to their weights showed the preference of inverse weighted method with respect to goal programming. The sensitivity analysis showed that the increase in major ordering costs yields to an increase in basic cycle time and also in a decrease in the difference among items' cycle times. Therefore in larger values of major ordering costs more savings exist in coordinated ordering of inventory items.
