The aim of this study is to increase the efficiency of the proposed supply chain, using system dynamics and analysis of inventory control policies in the closed supply chain. Although extensive research has been done on inventory control so far, inventory control using system dynamics in the closed-loop supply chain has received less attention and discussion, which leads to the correct order level. In order to extract the conceptual model of the research, the variables used in the interview with experts were examined. The conceptual model of the research has been implemented using various tests in validation software and the proposed model for a case study from the Isfahan Glass and Crystal Company. The model presented in this research and its validity confirmed the existence of hypotheses in the proposed model, these dynamics in the form of cause and effect loops show how the variables of the model affect each other over time. The results show that for the collection under study, if the recyclable inventory is equal to zero, the available inventory and the return accumulation status will decrease to a minimum equal to zero production. Sensitivity test shows that the results of the model are sensitive to the choice of time efficiency that for this test, the 50-month time period of the model was changed to 100 months and by halving the model time period, no significant change in the model behavior was observed and also increasing the model variables improves the supply chain of the closed loop.
