Increasing competition has caused that organizations using evaluation, control and performance improvement try to maintain their supremacy in global markets. Balanced Scorecard model is one of the ways that can help organizations achieve this goal. In this study, the limitations of selecting performance criteria and executive strategies in balanced scorecard are discussed and two tools of current net fuzzy value and fuzzy Shapley value are presented as tools to increase the effectiveness of balanced scorecard. A case study conducted in Ardakan Glass Factory showed the role of effective factors in the success of the organization along with considering the dependencies of these factors will help to better accept this model by the owners of these organizations. Also, with the approach of group games in game theory, every aspect of the balanced scorecard was considered as one player and the value of each player's co-op from the coalitions was determined. Finally, according to the obtained values, the best strategy combination was selected for implementation.
